Follow up n°22 to "Illustrated Life Journal: A Daily Mindful Practice" : September 2023

Since November 2021, I publish the pages from my Carnet de gratitude that I began following Kate Sutton's course : "Illustrated Life Journal: A Daily Mindful Practice".

I'm enthousiastic about sketchbooking, and I hope you are too ! Don't you think drawing the best moments from your days has many lovely sides ?

First, it puts one in a receptive mood in which I'm open to see bright sides to events, or at least to be more conscient of what is happening, also, it gives a story-like feel to little events, some kind of poetry...

Second, it becomes a daily routine to draw, and you get better at it and begin to feel like trying things out of your comfort zone.

Third, you end up with heartfelt journals of your gratitude moments, and they are fun to share or to browse through like a photo album but with your unique twist in it !
