I am just an amateur or rookie but I take into account any advice from artist like you, because let me improve as the only lifebllood to feed my soul. I like your master piece and the explanation about the process behind the art of drawing. Let's see how long I'll survive in this community... congrats Master, the comparison between these actress is just wonderful and immersive.
@michaelappiano I’m so glad you like it! 😊 Step by steps are helpful for me too because I can analyse my decision making process. Sometimes I change something that works for me but sometimes it doesn’t. This way I can compare my pieces and pick best solutions. It’s probably like with chemistry or favourite recipes 🧪😁

I m a beginner and my perfectionist brain always tells me that „either you know or you don‘t know how to draw xy“ and this takes the „magic outcome“ out of the final result and at the same time introduces the magic of the process :) (I can‘t put it in words any better…) I love the drawings!
