Superb work, I love your ability to bend whatever medium used to your will! These Oxen are so full of life, character and movement I wish I could capture creatures in this way. Your work fascinates me, you don’t go for the obvious reference, composition nor palette it’s so imaginative, refreshing and inspiring.

Teacher Plus@lisaclewley Thank you!

The first one has a particularly mythic feel. The two red circles are subtle but I think create this effect.

You've opened up my eyes to the magic of drawing/painting. I am so excited about having found a spark within. I've watched the course bit by bit and was especially inspired by the ink. yesterday I bought my first water color (a small travel pack).
Your work is so inspiring and you have a wonderful relaxed way of teaching that makes me try and follow your example. You're both a great artist and also a great teacher.
Thanks!!!

I can't get over how artistic and amazing Laura is. Her works just take my breath away, I really hope that my final project will turn out beautiful as I'm a complete beginner knowing zero about painting or drawing or color mixing and all seems so hard to be but also so fascinating.
Thank you Laura for your awesome course. I can view and listen to you all my life =)

This is beautiful. You should share this to Sorie Kim who also did a study of bovines.

This project is an eye-opener. My favourite is the monochromatic head. But it's only a start , a first liking. I love your colour combinations. I guess the cool colours don't seem so animal-like, and that captures imagination.

I love your work! And i just want to specify that you are such a good teacher! You're equally talented in both fields: art and pedagogy. Moreover, you have very good communication skills. You explain everithing better then other artists on this platform. I can't wait to buy your second course as well. I wish you could show some of your children painting or of the children you work with, in order to comprehend by comparison with adults' art what differs and what we can learn from them.By the way, congrats of being a mom of 3! I know it's hard but so rewarding. I have only one boy, who is almost 6 years old, and i love him very much and can't stop kissing him and hugging him.Unfortunately he doesn't like to draw or paint, he is intetested in sports and has a lot of energy.I studied art history at the university, where the courses were theoretical and i just needed to learn to paint to feel fulfilled.Thank you so much for your course and i hope you will do more!🤗🥰
